ICAP-SIRA opened the doors of its plant in Barberino di Mugello to middle school students for the third year in a row, offering them an immersive educational experience.
The objective of the event has benn to nurture the talents of the future, helping them navigate skills, roles, and opportunities in a constantly changing working environment.
Why middle school students? “At this stage, students are about to choose their educational path,” explains Plant Director Samuele Pratesi. “Our goal is to offer them a concrete perspective on the professional world, helping them make informed decisions about their education.”
Since 2020, ICAP-SIRA has hired 20 new employees, many of them recent graduates. ICAP-SIRA hopes to involve other schools, extending the initiative to other areas.
