UV curable hotmelt is the best alternative to solvent-borne Acrylic PSA.
The fields of application cover a wide variety of technical uses, including tapes, labels and medical industries. While keeping the same performance of solvent-based products, it eliminates the need to evaporate, burn or recover the solvents at the coating line. The solvent is recovered and reused several times directly at our production plant, thus greatly reducing environmental impact and increasing sustainability.
Moreover, UV hotmelt adhesives offer an outstanding combination of versatile properties thanks to the easier adhesion and cohesion balance controlling, while maintaining appreciated properties of the solvent based products, like transparency, resistance to ageing and to water and chemical agents.
