An example of our R&D relentless effort in sustainable innovation is Acrilem® ST6145, a formaldehyde free binder with high mechanical and thermal resistance meeting the most demanding market needs in nonwoven and textiles for automotive, filtration, building and construction applications.
Thanks to its highly effective internal crosslinking system, substrates treated with Acrilem® ST6145 show high stiffness and dimensional stability achieving excellent results when compared to standard styrene acrylic resins with formaldehyde-based self-crosslinking or externally crosslinked.
