Cross-linking agents.

Icaplink® series

ICAPLINK 03 Scheda Tecnica    Scheda Sicurezza
Melamine crosslinking agent. Percentage usage varies from 0.5 to 1% on the product to be crosslinked.
ICAPLINK X5 Scheda Tecnica    Scheda Sicurezza
Crosslinking agent for products in aqueous dispersion containing carboxylic groups. Suggested amount to use: from 1% to 5% of polymer. Pot-life is dependant on pH (longer at high pH) and temperature. Never use after 24 hours from mixing.
ICAPLINK 75 Scheda Tecnica    Scheda Sicurezza
Polyfunction isocyanate crosslinking agent suitable for crosslinking of polymers with free OH groups. Percentage usage varies from 5% to 8% on the product to be crosslinked.
ICAPLINK AC1 Scheda Tecnica    Scheda Sicurezza
Accelerator for Icaplink 75. Recommended percentage usage varies from 1 to 2% on the polyurethane to be crosslinked.
ICAPLINK A522 Scheda Tecnica    Scheda Sicurezza
Catalyst to be used with melamine crosslinking agent Icaplink A520. Percentage usage varies from 0.5 to 1% on the product to be crosslinked.
ICAPLINK A71 Scheda Tecnica    Scheda Sicurezza
Melamine crosslinking agent to be used in quantities varying from 0.3 to 0.8% on the polyurethane to be crosslinked .
ICAPLINK A520 Scheda Tecnica    Scheda Sicurezza
Melamine crosslinking agent for polyurethane resins with free OH groups. Percentage usage varies from 4% to 8% on the product to be crosslinked.
ICAPLINK B71 Scheda Tecnica    Scheda Sicurezza
Melamine crosslinking agent for polyurethanes with free OH groups. Percentage usage varies from 4 to 8% on the product to be crosslinked.
ICAPLINK 73 Scheda Tecnica    Scheda Sicurezza
Melamine crosslinking agent to be added to the printing paste (2-3%) to improve resistance to washing and rubbing.
ICAPLINK X3 Scheda Tecnica    Scheda Sicurezza
Aliphatic polyisocianate easily dispersible in water based PU and acrylic dispersions. The amount to apply is dependant on the structure of the polymer and is ranging from 1% to 5%. Pot-life is influenced by the reactivity of the system and by pH.
