ICAP-SIRA S.p.A. announces the acquisition of 100% of the shares of IRSEA S.p.A. starting July the 1st 2008.

The trade mark PLASTISOL was born from Chemical Service in 2003 by a group of people, that has developed and increased its own abilities and knowledges thanks to the different experiences in the sector of the plastic .

Experience coming from many years of work in production plant, research and development, national and international marketing Starting From October the 1st 2007 all the activities of research and development, production and marketing were incorporated by the IRSEA SPA and transferred in the productive site of Casorezzo (MI), where a young and dynamic team will be able to answer with quality and innovation of its products and services according to the demands of its own customers.

Besides more than 50 formulated of base, available in any effect and color are offered to its clients personalizing them, supporting with its staff all the phases of the engineering of the product, from the tests of laboratory up to the productive cycle.
 
Trough this fusion, IRSEA SPA alongside thirty years experience of production of PVC to solutions in Polyurethane, silicon and polyester resins.
