The new ICAP-SIRA S.p.A. building is in Parabiago in the area between the historical headquarters and the warehouse complex for the finished products.

The building now houses General Management, the various Sales Departments, Administration, the relevant offices and services and the Data Processing Centre which connects the 3 production units of the company and supplies the Web services including the web site.

It covers 4 floors above ground, 14 m. high, on a usable surface of 2700 sq. m. There is a pool and an area for social events on the terraces on top of the building. There are two underground parking levels which measure 1700 sq.m.

In order to ensure an ever greater respect for the environment and ecology, new plants of the latest generation have been designed and installed in Production Unit 2 of ICAP-SIRA S.p.A. They consist of a combustor and a co-generator which reduce all atmospheric emissions caused by the various production processes into pure and harmless steam.

This plant makes up Production Unit 3 of ICAP-SIRA S.p.A. It spans an area of 14,000 sq. meters, 5200 of which are covered. It also houses equipped control laboratories, a warehouse for finished products with professionally qualified personnel. Its main activity revolves around the production of adhesives and acrylic p.s.a in water-dispersion.

This plant is the Production Unit 4 of ICAP-SIRA S.p.A. Built in an area of 10,000 sq. Meters, of which 7,000 sq.meters covered area. It also contains quality-control laboratories, application laboratories and a new intensive warehouse.
Main activities: production of pigment dispersions in water and solvent system, Plastisol® and various finishes water and solvent-based.
